Job Description / Responsibility

• Vendor sourcing.
• Quotation collecting.
• Ensure perfect product delivery with clean document with-in right time.
• Vendor assessment and ensure quality products with minimum price.
• Market visit and new vendor development.
• Follow up whole procurement process at time to time and report to Supervisor.
• Co-ordinate with entire team as well as related development like utility, maintenance, store, production, accounts and audit.
• Maintain right quantity of inventory which will lead to maximizing savings without hampering normal production schedules.
• Continuously evaluate performance of supplies and maintain eligible list of reputed and capable suppliers who do ethical business.
• Establish and maintain high standards of relationships with suppliers for the cost-effectiveness and favorable service.
• Maintain proper follow-up of indents up to the end report the status weekly.
• Responsible for the complete procurement function to ensure timely & cost-effective acquisition of raw materials, ensuring best quality as per applicable standards
• Provide necessary support to business functions.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

• An ideal candidate should have a MBA/Master’s degree from any recognized university preferably in Commerce / Business Studies.
• A Post-Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from DCCI Business Institute, BIM, BIMS, BISCM will be an added advantage.
