Officer/Associate Manager, E-commerce Business

Job Responsibilities

• E-commerce acquiring business expansion in terms of revenue;
• E-commerce EMI and discount partner acquisition;
• Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations;
• Work on multiple campaigns throughout the year;
• Exploring new e-business avenue;
• Market intelligence;
• Dispute management;
• Ensure compliance of card scheme and central bank regulations;
• Handle partner query related to transaction and payment;
• Coordinate with internal departments;
• Liaise with solution partners and vendors;
• E-commerce transaction risks analysis and mitigation.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business or technology;

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• One-year experience in e-commerce acquiring;
• Good understanding of e-commerce business;
• Understanding of card industry and trending payment mediums;
• Business development and negotiation skills;
• Experience in Banking/Payment Industry would be an added advantage;
• Analytical ability;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Database knowledge would be an added advantage.
